Text Extractor

The TextScore Text Extractor pulls emails, URLs, and numbers from unstructured text so you can reuse them quickly.

How to use it

  1. Open the matching TextTools tab from the CTA at the bottom of this page.
  2. Paste or type the text you want to work on into the shared editor.
  3. Apply the tool-specific controls described on this page.
  4. Copy the result or continue editing in the same browser session.

Use cases

Operations teams use Text Extractor to pull emails and phone-like numbers out of pasted lead lists or support transcripts.

Researchers use it to separate URLs from long notes and source dumps before citation cleanup.

Content teams use it to review what contact details or links appear in a draft before publishing.

How it works

The TextScore Text Extractor runs browser-side regex patterns for emails, URLs, and numbers, groups results by type, supports duplicate toggling, and exposes a copyable CSV export in the shared output panel.
